Recommendations for Lithuanian government

On December 5, a strategic recommendations presentation and discussion was held at the Research Council of Lithuania, bringing together policymakers, institutional leaders, and experts to discuss key priorities for strengthening national resilience and innovation. The insights shared during the discussion played an important role in shaping the final set of policy recommendations.

The Lithuanian Science and Business Consortium, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, Boston, USA) and the Research Council of Lithuania, presents the final outcomes of the strategic recommendations process. The recommendations are based on contributions from more than 120 representatives of Lithuania’s research community, business sector, venture capital ecosystem, public institutions, and MIT researchers, as well as feedback gathered during the discussion.

The published document provides in-depth expert analysis, short- and long-term strategic directions, and concrete proposed actions aimed at strengthening national resilience, fostering innovation, and enhancing international competitiveness.
